There is a certain class of hard working youngsters in Pakistan. At ConceptPaper.org we feel there should be a separate job portal for them. Some youngsters are born in rich families. They go to expensive schools and eat burgers while the parents fund everything. On the other hand some youngsters give tuitions and do side jobs to fund their families even while studying. This second lot is what we are calling mehnati or hardworking. They are more used to long hours of hard work since a young age.
Before we go deeper and some people get upset on this we must communicate:
القرآن المجید : اِنَّ اَكۡرَمَكُمۡ عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ اَ تۡقٰٮكُمۡ
ترجمہ: درحقیقت اللہ کے نزدیک تم میں سب سے زیادہ عزت والا وہ ہے جو تم میں سب سے زیادہ متقی ہو
“Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. “
We feel certain employers look for hard working people who will put in great effort to succeed. People who will strive a lot and are used to striving. A type of hard work that [many] children of rich parents are simply not used to. If someone did 2 jobs and studied as well he will be more used to striving and hard work. On the other hand because of the schooling system the richer families have better english. So there are certain jobs which suit them too.
This goes hand in hand with another concept.
Staying in Pakistan Job Portal
It is observed that a huge amount of people leave pakistan for opportunities abroad. But there is also a certain class of youngsters who intend to stay in Pakistan because of family or personal preferences. Some employers who are looking for life long relationship or long term employment might prefer the staying in pakistan individuals. They might want people who won’t take the first opportunity to leave the country. We feel these should have a separate job portal as well.
At ConceptPaper.org we feel the mehnati hard working youngsters who scored low GPAs because they were working side jobs should have a separate job portal. And the youngsters who intend to stay in Pakistan long term should also have a separate job portal too.
